Getting Out Of Myself

December 31, 2009

in Alumni

Tom,

You have helped me so much during my stay that words cannot show my gratitude. Working with you has been a great experience and it has also been fun. The production of Footloose helped me get out of myself and meet new friends I never would have on my own.

Thank you,

William E.

Mike & Roxi,

Thank you so much for everything you did for Jonathan. The Betton House (you two) was the best thing that could have happened to him after the Family School – he grew more in his six months with you than he did in the last 6 years.

You two are special angels – I sincerely admire and appreciate you. I’ll never forget what you did for us. If I can ever do anything for you, please let me know.

Love,

Barbara N.

Our Growth as a Family

This was something that Ryan was sorely lacking. It still brings tears to my eyes hearing the children respond to Bob’s question how are [...]

I Wish I could Do That

December 26, 2009

Tom, Over the past couple of years at the school, you have made my load significantly lighter. All of the opportunities which you have given me to perform and assist the performers melded my passion into what it is today. Starting off in the pit, and on stage crew, I remember watching the performances and [...]

Gratitude for the New Life in Recovery

December 25, 2009

My journey in recovery has taken me places I never could have imagined and continually placed opportunities for growth and discovery about myself and other before me on a daily basis.  A few years back this journey gave me the opportunity to work with the students of the Family Foundation School. I’m amazed by the [...]

Dear Tom, Well, it’s been quite a long show. But now the BIG FINISH is over and we go our separate ways. I can never thank you enough for everything that you have taught me about sound, lighting, set design/construction, dancing, and life. Thank you so much for the awesome experience in Washington D.C.
